My dear wife,
As the Mail steamer leaves Victoria on the 20th and the boats go down the River two-day I have only time to say that we are all well and having glorious weather – Gamsby’s party will finish by the end of this month and ( ) by the middle of October – so I shall have only one trip more to make after this – but have a good deal of office work to do before I come home – none of the others come home – Love to all
